Rider Rewards is a registered trademark, held by Smart Innovations LLC / DBA More Than Rewards, which is protected by US trademark/copyright laws  — it is not a generic term for just any dealer loyalty program. It is a powerful brand we have built with the support of our dealers and their customers over many years.

The intent of this text is to let you know More Than Rewards happily grants current customers free, limited, and properly specified use of the Rider Rewards brand, logos, artwork, images and other marketing materials for use on your website, within email newsletters, printed in direct mail, displayed in outdoor advertising, or used in any other advertising, sales, or marketing media.

Former or non-current Rider Rewards customers must remove all marks and references surrounding the Rider Rewards brand, website, website metadata, and social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. If you fail to remove these items within 30 days of notice, Smart Innovations LLC may choose to seek damages from the infringer. Damages may include all costs and expenses, including expert witness fees and attorneys' fees, incurred in resolving such dispute, governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A., without reference to any conflicts of law provisions.
